The terms of this agreement are signed between the video provider (you) and Shenzhen AZGIANT Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen AZGIANT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AZGIANT) has established relevant rights and obligations for the collection of product display, installation process video materials, etc. and has agreed on several service terms. These terms are legally binding on you and AZGIANT.

Preface

AZGIANT is an auto parts manufacturer. AZGIANT provides product display, installation process and other video material collection demand tasks (hereinafter referred to as "video collection tasks"). The video provider is responsible for the authenticity of all content, and AZGIANT is obliged to review and supervise its authenticity. Video providers must comply with the relevant terms of this agreement.

1 Definition

Video provider refers to natural persons, legal persons or other organizations such as users, buyers, dealers, etc. who provide video materials to AZGIANT.

2 User qualifications

AZGIANT's video collection tasks are only provided to persons with full civil capacity. When using AZGIANT services, video providers should be confirmed as natural persons, legal persons or other organizations with corresponding civil capacity. If the video provider does not have the aforementioned subject qualifications, the video provider and the guardian of the video provider shall bear all the consequences caused thereby.

3 Legal Statement

The video materials provided by the video provider must comply with local laws, regulations and religious customs. AZGIANT conveys the concept of copyright protection to the video provider and reminds the video provider not to provide and disseminate infringing video materials. At the same time, AZGIANT strictly reviews the collected video materials. Since the video providers are spread all over the world and the legal provisions of various countries and regions are inconsistent, AZGIANT has no ability to review whether the video materials are absolutely free of infringement. If the video materials violate local laws and regulations or copyright infringement, the video provider shall bear legal responsibility.

4 Copyright Statement

The video provider guarantees that the delivered video materials are original and promises to provide them exclusively to AZGIANT. The video materials provided by the video provider are confirmed by our company to pay the commission. All copyrights of the video materials belong to AZGIANT Company. The video provider shall not withdraw or use them for other purposes.
