You undertake to accept and abide by the provisions of this Agreement, and at that time you shall not claim that this Agreement is invalid or that certain provisions of this Agreement are invalid, or that you do not comply with the provisions of this Agreement, on the grounds that you have not read the contents of this Agreement or have not received AZGIANT answers to your inquiries.

2.1 this Agreement is jointly concluded between you and the Company, this Agreement shall have contractual effect.

2.2 The contents of this Agreement include the text of the Agreement, the legal notice and all kinds of rules, announcements or notices that have been issued or may be issued by the AZGAINT in the future (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Website Convention" or "Convention"). All rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of the Agreement.

2.3 With the continuous change and improvement of national laws and regulations and relevant policies, the AZGIANT has the right to formulate, modify and expand this agreement or various rules from time to time as needed, and prompt or publicize it to the user in an appropriate way. Once the changed agreement and rules are publicized and published on the website, they will take effect immediately or automatically at a specific time specified in the announcement. If you continue to use the AZGIANT service after the aforementioned change announcement, it means that you have read, understood and accepted the revised agreement and rules. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, you should immediately stop using.

3.1 user registration refers to the process in which users log on to the company's website, fill in relevant information as required and confirm their agreement to perform relevant user agreements and policy statements.

3.3.2 You should provide our company with true and accurate registration information, including but not limited to real name, ID number, contact number, address, email address, postal code, etc., to ensure that AZGIANT can contact you through the above contact information. At the same time, you should also ensure that you will not register or authenticate your identity on AZGIANT website with other people's information or false information, and update the relevant registration information in a timely manner when the relevant information actually changes. If you provide other people's information, false information, expired information, illegal information and other information or fail to update the information in a timely manner, you shall be responsible for this and bear full compensation liability.

3.3.3 Please do not use sensitive words (including but not limited to: indecent words, words related to politics, words related to AZGIANT and knowledge) in the account name (nickname) you set, otherwise the company may suspend or cancel your account name and report to the competent authority. You understand and promise that there shall be no illegal or bad information in your account name, avatar and profile, and there shall be no fraudulent use, affiliated institutions or social celebrities. You shall abide by the seven bottom lines of laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order, social morality and information authenticity in the process of account registration.

3.3.4 You shall update the information you provide in a timely manner. If the law clearly requires the Company to verify the information of some users, the AZGIANT will check and verify your information from time to time in accordance with the law, and you shall cooperate to provide the latest, true and complete information. If the AZGIANT fails to contact you according to the information you provided last time, you fail to provide the information in time according to the requirements of the company, and the information you provide is obviously false, you will bear all the losses and adverse consequences caused to yourself, others and the company.
