1. After-sales service commitment
1.1 Commitment content

2. During the warranty period, the loss caused by improper use and management of the customer shall be borne by the customer, and our company will provide paid services. If the responsibility cannot be clearly separated, our company will provide the service first and then negotiate the cost bearing problem.
3. Our company will provide long-term system installation, debugging and maintenance training for customer technicians to facilitate customers to master the use of equipment.
4. All software products of our company are upgraded free of charge during the warranty period. The problems found by users in use and the optimization suggestions for the system shall be solved within 30 days.
1.2 Response time
We promise to provide 7 × 24-hour service after the contract is signed. Response within 1 hour after receiving the notice, general failure within 8 hours to provide solutions, complex problems within 24 hours to provide solutions and assign special personnel to the site to solve.
